Why take out a subscription?
If you want to ensure you never miss an issue of your favourite magazine, buying a magazine subscription is a great start. Your subscription will be
delivered directly to your door so will save you the time - and as the prices are often much less than the shop price, it will save you money too!
How can I order a subscription?
Simply click on the button next to your chosen subscription and click 'Buy Now'. Once you have finished shopping simply click 'Basket, where you will be
asked to fill out your delivery details and method of payment.
How will my subscription be confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. This will then act as your receipt.
When will I receive my first issue?
Your subscription is most likely to start with the next available issue. The delivery date is determined by the date that you placed your order and the
print date of the next available issue. Monthly magazines usually arrive within 4-6 weeks. Your magazine will be posted out via Royal Mail so you will not
need to sign for it.
How do I notify you about a change of address?
If you have moved home during the time of your subscription, simply contact the publisher of Wired on 01858 438815 and they will be happy to amend your
delivery details for you.
Can I renew my subscription?
If you are renewing a subscription you already have, simply tick the box which states "This subscription is a renewal" when filling out the delivery
details. This will ensure that the subscription doesn't start until your current subscription expires.
Direct Debit
Depending on the magazine you have ordered, you may have the option to subscribe by Direct Debit. Depending on the magazine, your payments will be spread
into easy, manageable 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments as stated when you purchase your subscription. As a Direct Debit is a continuous payment method you are
in complete control of your subscription as well as eliminating the need for renewal notices.
Is the online payment system secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and Credit/Debit Card information and bank details secure.
What can I do if I do not receive an issue on time?
Please contact Wired magazine on 01858 438815. Remember to include your order reference number or full mailing address.
Terms & Conditions
This page sets out the terms and conditions on which we supply the goods and services processed through the checkout on the iSubscribe website,
which is operated and managed by iSubscribe Ltd of 559a, Kings Road, London SW6 2EB. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any
goods or services from this website. You should understand that by ordering any of our goods or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
Depending on your chosen payment method, your contract shall be either:
(i) with the publisher or distributor if paying by direct debit payment - the products or services offered through the iSubscribe magazine website are offered by the publishers or distributors for payment direct to the publisher or distributor by direct debit, and
that any such direct debit contract for the subscription for a product or service is between you and the publisher or distributor of that product or
service on their terms and conditions and that iSubscribe is not a party to that contract but is a sales agent for the publisher or distributor. Direct
debit terms and instalments will be confirmed by the publishers directly; or
(ii) with iSUBSCRiBE if paying cash with order - the products or services offered through this website are offered by iSubscribe
for payment with the order. Such payment will be processed by iSubscribe on behalf of Condé Nast.
Cancellations
You may cancel any subscription within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund from this website. Please contact our Customer Service to request a
cancellation of a subscription. Once we receive notification from you that you wish to cancel your subscription, any amount paid to iSubscribe Ltd for the
subscription will be refunded as soon as possible. All refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of your
purchase. Additionally, as part of the measures we employ to secure your privacy, we will only refund to the credit/debit card used for the original
transaction. No refunds will be processed to any other credit/debit card.
Cancellations and refunds requested more than 48 hours after purchase are provided only at the discretion of the publisher of Wired magazine. Subscriptions
may be refunded in full, in part, or not at all.
