1. This free trial promotion is open to residents of the UK and Ireland excluding employees or agents of ALCON and/or their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.

2. To claim the free trial, Applicants must make an appointment at a participating store

3. Only one free trial per Applicant is allowed

4. This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer or discount scheme.

5. The promotion runs from 1st March 2016 to 31st December 2016 and all free trial vouchers must be redeemed before 1st March 2017.

6. The Promoter of this promotion is Alcon Eye Care UK Ltd, Frimley Business Park, Frimley, Camberley, Surrey GU16 7SR (“ALCON”).

7. The free trial consists of 5 pairs of daily disposable lenses. An eye exam carried out by a qualified eye care practitioner may be required and professional fees may be charged for the eye exam. You may not be able to take up the offer of a free trial of contact lenses if your eye care practitioner deems that you are not a suitable candidate for these contact lenses.

8. Parental consent to the fitting and supply of contact lenses is required for those under the age of 16.

9. Personal information about the individual claiming will be used to administer this promotion.

10. The Promoter, to the fullest extent permitted by law, accepts no responsibility for losses or damages to person or property as a result of anyone participating in this promotion.

11. The Promoter’s decision in all matters to do with the Promotion will be final.

12. Participation in this promotion demonstrates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, cancel or terminate the promotion or disqualify any Applicant at any time without giving advance notice if circumstances require this.
